A medium bodied wine with dark plums, savoury and chocolate flavours. Soft, easy drinking well balanced wine.

Fermentation: Cold soaking for 48 hours. Wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks for 10 days Daily pump overs
Oaking: Partly 300l French oak as well as selected premium French oak staves for approximately 8 months Malolactic completed
Aging: Ready to drink now or can mature for another 3-5 years
Serving: Pair with creamy fish or pasta dishes
